In the future i think that the the camera will be able o capture better pictures. IN this article it say that in the future there are trying to capture 3-D images.

These programs focus on leadership development for our employees. We are engaging our leaders to think outside of the box and what it will take to lead in the 21st century. The survey measures different employee behaviors. After the survey is completed by everyone, I generate reports on the 180/360 degree survey and consult/coach with each employee and help them create an Individual Development Plan. On how they can change their behaviors in a positive way. I part take in our Diversity & Inclusion plan at Cabela’s. I help the manager start our Diversity & Inclusion plans and am part of the committee. I plan different activities at Cabela’s that show why Diversity & Inclusion is important. Help employees understand that Diversity & Inclusion is important because everyone should be treated with respect and Diversity & Inclusion is about how you THINK and less about how you LOOK. My Class Reflection
In the past 12 weeks we have learned many thing about the internet. Technology is the application of scientific knowledge in practical purposes. Technology has change in the last five years by touch screen phones and device, cameras sights have been upgraded, graphics on game and movies have been upgraded, and new application have been created. In the next 5 years technology will change by the iPhone 6 and 7 will come out, the Xbox 720 will come out, and 2k17 will come out. In my school work is use Microsoft produces and the internet. In my personal life i use me iPhone, Xbox 360, Gameboy Advance, and my TV. In the future i might use a blog to talk about something and i could use a vokki to give information about something or i could listen to a vokki to get information. The most important thing we learned in this class which could help us are entire life is about Identity Theft. I think i will never use a voki or blaberize ever again. My favorite tool was igoogle because there were many game and other cool widgets/Gadgets. My least favorite thing we did in this class was cite are sources in MLA format. In these last 12 week we learned about many web 2.0 term, How to stay safe on the internet, how to create many different podcast. These were the best 12 week ever. JK

My projects reflection
My project on India went swell. What i love about this project was i got to look like a goon. What i didn't like was do research on something i already know about and making the brochure. The strongest point i had on my presentation was that i looked like a goon. My week points were making the brochure and making the power point. In the future i think Mrs. Fowler should let us work with other people.

Technology Article
I was reading a new article about the Black Ops II Revolution map pack. This article say there will be 5 new maps and 1 new gun. There are 4 new multiplayer maps Hydro, Grind, Downhill, and Mirage. The new zombie map is Die Rise. The new gun was the biggest deal because no other call of duty game had a gun come out in a DLC. This article also said that the price of the DLC was going to be the same as the other map packs.
